The 12th International Bridge and Tunnel Technology Conference (IBTC 2024), organized by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, is scheduled to be held on June 15-17, 2024 in Shanghai. This congress will discuss the key common technical problems of construction and operation and maintenance of major transportation infrastructure in extreme environments, the development needs of disaster-resistant resilience, basic theoretical research and scientific and technological innovation frontiers, to strengthen the field of cutting-edge basic independent innovation, to help the implementation of major projects, to fulfill the mission of academic leadership, to support the construction of science and technology and transportation power, and to accelerate the formation of new quality of productive forces.
