Taking galvanized iron alloy as an example, the process flow is as follows:

Chemical degreasing → Hot water washing → Water washing → Electrolytic degreasing → Hot water washing → Water washing → Strong corrosion → Water washing → Electroplated galvanized iron alloy → Water washing → Water washing → Luminescence → Passivation → Water washing → Drying.

Preparation of plating solution (taking IL as an example)

1. Add 1/3 volume of pure water into the plating tank first.

2. Dissolve sodium hydroxide in 1/3 pure water (it will generate heat when dissolved, so be careful).

3. Mix zinc oxide into a paste with a small amount of water, then add more pure water and stir thoroughly. Slowly add the stirred zinc oxide to the dissolved sodium hydroxide solution, stirring while adding to fully complex it before adding it to the plating tank.

4. When the temperature of the plating solution drops below 30~C, add 85g of Baser and stir thoroughly.

5. Dissolve 15mL of BaseF in 15g of BaseR, and then add the mixture to the plating bath.

6. Add 4mL of H-O624 and stir thoroughly; Add water to the specified volume.

7. Add brighteners ZF-105A and ZF-105B; stir thoroughly.

Black passivation process flow: water washing → light emission → water washing → black passivation → water washing → post-treatment → drying.

Characteristic:

The purpose of galvanizing is to prevent corrosion of steel objects, improve the corrosion resistance and service life of steel, and also increase the decorative appearance of products. Steel will be weathered, corroded by water or soil over time. Approximately one tenth of the total amount of steel in China is corroded each year. Therefore, in order to protect the service life of steel or its parts, electroplating is generally used to process the steel.

Due to the fact that zinc is not easily changed in dry air and can produce a basic zinc carbonate film in humid environments, this film can protect internal components from corrosion and damage. Even if the zinc layer is damaged by some factors, the combination of zinc and steel over time will form a micro battery, which will protect the steel substrate as a cathode.

The characteristics of galvanizing are summarized as follows:

1. Good corrosion resistance, finely and evenly combined, not easily penetrated by corrosive gases or liquids inside.

2. Due to the relatively pure nature of the zinc layer, it is not easily corroded in acidic or alkaline environments. Long term effective protection of steel body.

3. After chromic acid passivation, various colors are formed for use, and customers can choose according to their preferences
